Apple Says Overnight iPhone 6 Pre-Orders Set New Record

Apple has announced that a record number of iPhone pre-orders were placed overnight, reports Re/code. Unfortunately, the company did not specify how many units were sold.

“Response to iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus has been incredible with a record number of preorders overnight,” said an× Apple spokesperson.

AT&T recently announced 'hundreds of thousands' of pre-orders and currently the iPhone 6 Plus is sold out.
